Data Deletion

Delete A Specific Import

Inside the app, open Dashboard > Import History and delete the import you want to remove. This removes only the transactions from that CSV import.

After deleting an import, your dashboard, reports, and AI chat recalculate from the remaining clean ledger.

Request Full Account Deletion

Until self-serve account deletion is added, email support from your registered account email and ask for full account deletion.

Full deletion is intended to remove profile data, uploaded transaction data, AI reports, chat records, scam-check records, and usage records associated with your account, subject to required legal or billing retention.

What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained if needed for legal compliance, billing records, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or backups for a limited period.

Where data is retained for these reasons, we aim to limit it to what is necessary.

For deletion requests, email support@getorynza.com from your registered account email and include the words "Delete my Orynza account" in the subject.
