We collect account information such as your email address and profile settings, including currency, goals, savings, debt, and onboarding answers.

When you upload a CSV or Excel bank statement, we store transaction dates, descriptions, merchants, amounts, categories, balances when present, currency, and upload metadata such as file name and row count.

We may store AI chat messages, scam-check inputs and outputs, generated reports, usage counters, billing records, and technical logs needed to operate and protect the service.

We use your data to provide dashboards, transaction categorization, AI chat, scam checks, monthly reports, account security, billing, support, abuse prevention, and product improvement.

We do not sell your financial data to advertisers or data brokers.

We do not connect directly to your bank account and we do not ask for online banking passwords.

Orynza uses third-party AI providers to generate categories, chat responses, scam-check analysis, and reports. We send only the data needed for those features, such as selected transaction summaries, profile context, and the message you submit.

AI outputs can be inaccurate. Users should review important outputs before relying on them.

Data is protected using the security controls provided by our hosting, database, and authentication providers, including encrypted transport and database access controls.

No software system can guarantee perfect security. If you believe your account or data is at risk, contact support immediately.

Your uploaded statement data remains in your account until you delete an import, clear product data, or request account deletion.

You can remove a specific import from Import History without deleting other valid statements. Full account deletion can be requested by contacting support until automated account deletion is added.

Some billing, fraud-prevention, or legal records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate business needs.

You control what CSV or Excel statement you upload. You can merge statements safely, delete specific imports, correct categories, export transactions, or stop using AI features.

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support.
