Orynza is a personal finance software tool that helps users upload CSV or Excel statements, understand transactions, review financial patterns, ask AI questions, check suspicious messages, and generate educational reports.

Orynza is not a bank, broker, lender, tax advisor, legal advisor, or regulated financial advisor.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate account information and only upload statements or data you have permission to use.

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, scraping, reverse engineering, security attacks, harassment, or uploading data that belongs to someone else without permission.

You may not rely on Orynza to make emergency, regulated, legal, tax, investment, credit, or medical decisions.

AI outputs are generated from user data and model predictions. They may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong.

You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs and making your own decisions. For major financial decisions, speak to a qualified professional.

Free and paid plan limits may apply to uploads, AI questions, scam checks, reports, and other features.

Paid billing, subscription management, refunds, and cancellation rules will be shown at checkout and in the billing area when payments are enabled.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product develops.

We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Orynza is provided as-is and we are not liable for financial losses, missed opportunities, investment outcomes, tax outcomes, or decisions made using the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
